1.2. ANTI-CORRUPTION POLICIES
GIA prohibits offering, giving, receiving, or soliciting bribes, kickbacks, or any form of undue influence in any business dealings. Our anti-corruption policies adhere to the highest legal standards of our global operating jurisdictions, including the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and the UK Bribery Act. We actively engage in ongoing compliance training, monitoring, and internal audits to ensure the effectiveness of our anti-corruption measures. Violations of these policies will result in appropriate legal action, including disciplinary measures and, if necessary, reporting to relevant authorities.

GIA has never been, and is not, subject to any bank sanctions imposed by relevant authorities.
