What is an infrastructure development programme?
A development programme links studies, approvals, commercial decisions, procurement and financing activities through their dependencies. GIA identifies responsibilities and decision milestones so the client can see what must happen before the project can advance.
How is the critical path identified?
The critical path follows the dependent activities that determine the earliest achievable milestone. GIA examines external approvals and information requirements alongside internal tasks, rather than treating every activity as equally urgent or assuming that third-party timetables can be compressed.
How should a project programme respond to a delayed approval?
